UniversityWafer Thin Silicon are great for optical MEMS and specialty silicon products with significant differentiations. We currently provide products and services on
(1) deformable mirrors for adaptive optics;
(2) large format ASIC drivers for deformable mirrors, MEMS, telecom, instrumentations, and piezoelectrics;
(3) speciality silicon products such as super thin silicon wafers, silicon nitride TEM windows/grids, PMN-PT/Silicon Unimorphs for optics,
MEMS, measurement, and piezoelectric industries, and
(4) wafer services including bonding, coating, grinding/lapping/polishing, and wafer dicing.

We have 6" Thin Silicon See below and we can deposit Oxide and Nitride on these wafers.
